- Encourage and ensure the use of made-in-Nigeria goods and services in our projects.
- Encourage and ensure value addition, fabrication and assembly of project components are carried out in Nigeria.
- Require subcontractors who do not provide made-in-Nigeria goods, fabrication, installation or services to provide a knowledge and technology transfer plan.
- Find and fully engage experienced Nigerians in our projects, and encourage subcontractors to place Nigerians in project execution roles.
- Increase the number of Nigerians in each project discipline and skill pool through training, exposure and certification, making them available for other major projects.
